Damned and Divine

I intended to paint a small figure standing before the epicenter of an awesome column of light, but what emerged among the swirling symmetry was a snarling demon's face. Upsidedown, the image of an angel appears. I didn't intend to depict either, and I'm intrigued that these opposing figures emerged. They symbolize how the damned and the divine can exist within each other.
